Programme Development

The team from Encounter contacted Think Right to review and assist in development of a corporate training programme.

We hoped to

-         achieve a time-lined progression of the one-day event
-         achieve how to dovetail the challenges of learning to ride a dirt bike              with the work and team environment
-         test how robust our goal/vision for this programme is, and its value              to our overall organisation
-         gain confidence in working with corporates using an in-depth and                  well developed strategy

The objectives that we had for the training were not only met, but exceeded.  We left the day with a clear outline of our next steps and who was taking responsibility for which parts right down to the various marketing opportunities. We have since time-lined our goals and set targets. The training day gave us a foundation to work from and an outside perspective of some brilliant thinking.
