Teams

  1. 12: The Elements of Great Management by Rodd Wagner & James K. Hartner – The best book I have read on team management. Impliment these 12 steps and any team will improve and shine!

  2. 5 Dysfunctions of a Team by Patrick M. Lencioni – I love the simplicity of these 5 levels. Written as an engaging story with guideline on how to implement the 5 stages – this remains a very well used resource for me.

  3. Gung Ho – by Ken Blanchard & Sheldon Bowles - Another team turnaround illustration amid racial tension. True story that shows a path to team unity

  4. The 21 Irrefutable Laws of Leadership: Follow Them and People Will Follow You by John Maxwell – John Maxwell is the leadership guru and this is one of his finest works.

  5. Spy the Lie by Philip Houston, Michael Floyd & Susan Carnicero - Awesome book for understanding people and learning how to read and approach tough situations with people.

  6. What EveryBODY Is Saying by Joe Navarro with Marvin Harlins – Another great resource for increasing your understanding of people and learning to read ‘hidden’ signals

  7. Whale Done by Kenneth Blanchard – Challenging book that shows the power of focusing on what you want more of.
