Very probably one of the best training days I've been to in a long while. My own company (I'm a supplier) could do well to learn and understand the content today.
For me, it was good to go over selling/customer service skills and philosophies again. It quite literally was back to basics , but isn't it always the case. Mike, too, is a brilliant and engaging communicator.
