Travel has a way of bringing the best and worst in people. After the hottest January in NZ history, the month ended with a super moon and February started off with more rain in one day than is expected for the whole month. This great combination caused newsworthy weather and, as happens, caused some flight disruptions.
“How many of you know, beyond any shadow of doubt, that if you exercised 20 mins every day you would think clearer, feel better about yourself, be healthier, be more productive and focused and, in all probability, live longer?” This is a question I often ask during training and all hands go up. Then I ask, “So how many of you actually exercise for 20 mins a day?” Less than a tenth of hands usually go up.
What about you? Do you exercise daily? If not - why?
All Blacks. Poetry in motion. Stunning Achievement. History made!
So many accolades pouring forth for the world's best rugby team. Waking early to watch them and leaping out of my chair to shout encouragement as the All Blacks won back to back victories is as memorable as it was 4 years ago (albeit not as heart stopping as that last 20 minutes against France!). It was not the on field play that inspired this blog though, it was the interviews afterwards.
